Vehicle Damage [R-VEHICLE-DAMAGE]
This fee applies to any damage caused to the vehicle, ensuring the necessary repair or replacement to maintain the quality and safety of our fleet.
Fuel Difference Penalty [R-RENTAL-PENALTY-FUEL]
Charged when the fuel or energy level upon return differs from the level at pick-up.
Includes the service cost of refueling or recharging the vehicle.
Direct Debit Return [A-DD-RETURN]
Fee applied in cases of revocation, non-operational account, SDD cancellation, or insufficient funds, reflecting administrative costs.
Special Interior Cleaning [R-RENTAL-PENALTY-CLEAN]
Applied when the interior of the vehicle shows unusual dirt or odors compared to the condition at pick-up, requiring a deep cleaning service.
Special Exterior Cleaning [R-RENTAL-PENALTY-WASH]
Applied when the vehicle’s exterior shows excessive dirt compared to the condition at pick-up, requiring a special wash.
Traffic Fine Identification [R-RENTAL-PENALTY-FINE]
Charged whenever Bluwalk needs to identify the driver in connection with a traffic fine or violation.
Fine Rebilling [R-RENTAL-FINE]
Amount recharged to the customer when Bluwalk has paid the fine directly to the competent authority.
Example: parking fine issued by EME.
Vehicle Recovery [R-VEHICLE-PICKUPTOW]
Charged when the vehicle must be towed due to negligence.
No-Show [R-BOOKING-NO SHOW]
Penalty applied if the customer fails to appear by the end of the reserved day.
Reservation Cancellation or Change [R-BOOKING-PENALTY-CHANGES]
Penalty for cancelling or modifying the reservation less than 24 business hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Early Return Without Notice [R-BOOKING-PENALTY-TERMINATION]
Penalty applied if the customer decides to return the vehicle before the scheduled date without providing at least 3 days’ prior notice.
The daily rate will be charged for each day missing from the required notice period.
Smoking Fee [R-RENTAL-PENALTY-SMOKE]
A fee will be applied if cigarette odors or traces of ash are detected inside the vehicle.
Failure to Follow Maintenance Plan [R-RENTAL-PENALTY-MAINTENANCE]
Penalties may apply if the vehicle’s scheduled maintenance plan is not respected.
Other Fees
Deductible Adjustments [R-RENTAL-DEDUCTIBLE]:
Transactions used to correct or limit the total amount charged for damage or claims exceeding the deductible, ensuring that the final cost does not surpass the agreed deductible value.
