Is it possible to have a representative listed on the invoice?

Yes, and in this article, we will teach you how to do it.

First step: the entity that will work for and be responsible for issuing the invoice must:

  • Have the entity registered on our website, and it is mandatory for it to be either a company or a Sole Proprietor (ENI);
  • Send us the supporting document.

After registering on our website, you should contact us so we can activate the user linking option.

Then, in the account of the entity that will issue the invoices, you should send an invitation to associate the accounts (drivers) by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to our website and access your personal data in the top right corner.

  2. Scroll down until you find "Related Users" and select "New User".

  3. In this section, add your email associated with your Bluwalk account and then select "Invite".

After this step, you must access your Bluwalk account and accept the invitation sent by the entity. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to our website and click on your name at the top right, select "Billing".

  2. Select "Payment accounts" .

  3. Accept the pending request.

After this operation, the accounts will be linked, and the entity will be authorized to issue invoices related to your performance.
