First step, the person responsible for issuing invoices on your behalf must:

  • Register on our website;
  • Be a Sole Trader (ENI);
  • Send us the supporting document.

After registering on our website, you should contact us to activate the option for linking users.

Next, in the account of the person who will issue the invoices on your behalf, should send an invitation to associate the accounts, following the steps below:

  1. Log in to our website and access personal information in the top right corner.

  2. Scroll down the page until you find "Related Users" and select "New User".

  3. In this section, add your email associated with your Bluwalk account, and then select "Invite".


After this step, you should access your Bluwalk account and accept the invitation sent by the person who will issue the invoices on your behalf. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to our website and access the left sidebar menu, then select "Withdrawals.

  2. Select "Withdrawal Settings".

  3. Accept the pending request.

After this operation, the accounts will be linked, and the other person will be able to issue invoices on your behalf.
