Vehicle Rental Debits and Credits
At Bluwalk, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. That’s why we want to clearly explain how vehicle rental debits and adjustments work, so you always know what to expect throughout your contract and when returning the vehicle.

When is the rental paid?
All vehicle rentals at Bluwalk are paid in advance, on a weekly basis.
Why is the rental charged in the last week of use?
Our billing system works automatically and considers the contract active until the vehicle is returned and the contract is officially closed.
For this reason, the rental charge is applied as usual in the final week.
What happens if I return the vehicle before the end of the week?
After the vehicle is returned and the contract is closed, a final adjustment is made.
Any days paid in excess are converted into a credit.
When is the credit adjusted?
The credit is settled in the following week, either through compensation or a refund, depending on the type of contract.
Will I end up paying more than I used?
No. The system ensures that you only pay for the days you actually used the vehicle, with any overcharged amount adjusted afterwards.
