Now that you are officially a Mercadão driver, it's time to earn money. Learn how to make deliveries and generate income.
What to do:
- Install the Mercadão application after being approved and having your account activated (Android or iOS).
Login with your credentials, select the vehicle you are using and stay online to receive requests. - Accept requests
Stay tuned to notifications and accept orders. Follow the instructions to collect the order at the store. Please note that you should be in the vicinity of the selected market within the provided time window. - Transport the parcel
At the store, present the order ID to collect it. Follow the app instructions to find the delivery destination.
Tips to increase your income:
- Stay online and available
The longer you stay online, the more requests you receive. Refuse only the requests that are impossible to fulfill. - Turn off the engine while you wait
Avoid wasting fuel in between trips by turning off the engine while you wait for the next request. - Invest in customer experience
Customer reviews influence the trip requests you receive. Be nice and helpful to get higher reviews. - Keep the vehicle well-tuned
Accidents and malfunctions delay the fulfillment of requests and have a negative impact on customer experience.
