Debits and Credits for TVDE Vehicle Rentals – Bluwalk

At Bluwalk, we want the entire vehicle rental process to be simple, transparent, and reliable. Here, we explain how debits, credits, and final adjustments work, so you know exactly what to expect during your contract and when returning the vehicle.

When are TVDE vehicle rentals paid?

All rentals are paid in advance, weekly, with payments processed on Mondays.
Bluwalk’s billing system is automatic, keeping the contract active until the vehicle is returned and the contract is formally closed.


What happens if I return the vehicle before the end of the week?

After returning the vehicle, a final adjustment of the rental is made:

  • Any overpaid days are converted into credit for the driver

  • Credit is settled the following week, either through compensation or refund, depending on the type of contract


Could I end up paying more than I used?

No. The Bluwalk system ensures you only pay for the actual days the vehicle was used.
Any excess payment is automatically adjusted during the final settlement.


What if I don’t comply with the notice period for returning the vehicle?

If the contract notice period is not respected, a penalty equivalent to 30 days of rental will apply, as outlined in the internal regulations.
