Now that your account on a partner platform is created and active, it’s time to start working and generating earnings.

The first steps are simple, but they make a big difference in getting started the right way.

In this article, we explain what to do next and how to increase your earnings, whether you work with passenger transport (Uber, Bolt) or deliveries (Correos Express).

🚗 If you're doing passenger transport (Uber, Bolt)

What to do next:

1. Install the driver app

   • Uber Driver (Android ou iOS)

   • Bolt Driver (Android ou iOS)

2. Log in to the app

   Sign in with your credentials, select the vehicle you are using, and stay online to start receiving requests.

3. Accept trip requests

   Pay attention to notifications and accept requests to begin trips.

4. Drive the passenger to their destination

   The app shows you where to pick up the passenger and suggests the best route to the destination.

Tips to increase your earnings

• Stay online and available 

  The more time you are online, the more requests you can receive. Only reject requests that are impossible to complete.

• Use two or more apps at the same time 

  This increases chances of receiving requests. If you're not yet registered with other partners, you can do so through Bluwalk.

• Invest in the customer experience

  Customer ratings influence the number of requests you receive. Safe driving, friendliness, and comfort make a difference.

• Follow the app's directions

  Suggested routes help you save time and fuel.

• Keep your vehicle clean and in good condition

  Cleanliness, safety, and avoiding breakdowns directly impact customer ratings.

• Turn off the engine while waiting

  Avoid unnecessary fuel consumption between trips.

📦 If you're doing deliveries (Correos Express)

What to do next

1. Prepare your delivery route

   Check the packages and their destinations. Organize them in your vehicle to make deliveries easier.

2. Deliver the packages

   Follow the planned route, deliver the packages, and always collect proof of delivery.

3. Return undelivered packages

   Go back to the warehouse and return any packages that could not be delivered.

⚠️ Important payment information

• Only successfully delivered packages are paid

• Each delivery must have proof of delivery (tax number and signature)

• Deliveries lasting less than 60 seconds may not be counted

• Multiple packages delivered to the same address and number count as one delivery

• Optimize your route

  The more deliveries you complete in the same area, the higher your earnings.

• Organize packages efficiently

  Reduce time spent searching for parcels.

• Turn off the engine while waiting

  Reduce fuel costs and vehicle wear.
