If you are considering becoming a TVDE driver in Portugal, it is essential to understand how much the course costs, what is included, the legal requirements, how long it takes, and how to choose the right training provider.

What is the average price of the TVDE course?

The cost of the initial TVDE training course may vary depending on the training provider, location, and mode (online, in-person, or hybrid).

On average, the price ranges between €180 and €250, depending on the training centre and the services included (such as support with IMT registration or additional medical exams).

What is included in the TVDE course?

The course is mandatory by law for all candidates who wish to become TVDE drivers and includes training modules on essential topics such as:

  1. Legal framework of the TVDE activity
