2. Fill Out the Friendly Accident Report (DAAA)

  • Complete the DAAA, the official accident reporting form.

  • Describe the incident accurately and include a diagram if needed.

  • Both parties must sign the form.

  • Send the completed form to our support team.

3. Contact Roadside Assistance

If your vehicle is immobilized or unsafe to drive:
