What is Bluwalk?

Bluwalk is a company that supports mobility and delivery professionals by providing access to work, vehicles, and essential services needed to operate in a simple, structured, and reliable way.

We are not a passenger transport platform and we do not manage delivery requests.

Bluwalk acts as an operator and support partner, connecting professionals to passenger transport platforms (TVDE)and parcel delivery platforms, as well as to the services required to carry out their activity.

What we do

Bluwalk brings together multiple services in one place, allowing professionals to focus on what matters most: working and generating income.

In general, we provide:

  • Access to partner platforms for passenger transport and parcel delivery

  • Vehicle solutions adapted to each type of activity

  • Ongoing operational support

  • Complementary services, such as insurance and related solutions

Available services may vary depending on the professional’s profile and the type of activity.

How Bluwalk works

Bluwalk’s operation can be summarized in four main steps:

  1. Registration and validation

    The professional creates an account, submits the required documentation, and selects the type of activity they wish to perform (passengers, deliveries, or both).

  2. Choosing the operating model

    Professionals may work:

    • with their own vehicle, or

    • with a vehicle provided through Bluwalk, when applicable.

  3. Connection to partner platforms

    After validation, professionals can start working on the available platforms according to their profile.

  4. Ongoing support

    Throughout the activity, Bluwalk provides support related to operations, vehicles, and associated services.

Passenger transport and parcel delivery

Bluwalk supports different types of activity:

  • Passenger transport (TVDE)

    For professionals who carry passengers through partner platforms.

  • Parcel delivery

    For professionals who perform parcel deliveries, with specific operational rules depending on the platform.

Working with your own vehicle or a Bluwalk vehicle

Depending on the activity and professional profile, it is possible to:

  • operate using an own vehicle, or

  • use a vehicle provided by Bluwalk

No.

Bluwalk does not receive trip or delivery requests, and does not define customer pricing.

These functions belong to the partner platforms.
