What is the process to return a car?

You can return your car at any time, just need to let us know 72 hours in advance. 

The process is simple and there are two ways of doing it:

1 - By phone, through our helpline: 300600278, selecting option 1 (Drivfit vehicles).

2 - On the website, scheduling the delivery date of the vehicle, which remains pending confirmation from the company. 

In this case, these are the steps to follow:

  • Select "Requirements".
  • Option "Active Vehicle" and "Trouble with the vehicle?"

  • Select the request "Schedule return".

  • Fill in the fields with the requested information

Schedule return

  • Select "Send"

Then you just need to wait for our email confirmation, deliver the car on the scheduled date, and you're done.
