      What should I do if I no longer have roadside assistance?

      If roadside assistance is unable to provide support or help, you may use the towing services listed below. Any incorrect or improper use of these services may result in additional costs.

      Procedures for Using the Service

      1. Always contact roadside assistance first to check availability by calling 800 201 833.

      2. When contacting the towing service, inform them that the vehicle belongs to the Bluwalk fleet.

      3. Provide the destination workshop for the vehicle, selected from the list in the following article.

      4. This service should only be used if roadside assistance cannot respond to your request.

      5. Improper use of the service may incur additional charges.
