When can I receive my earnings?
Your earnings are calculated weekly, and when you can receive your payment depends on the activity you carry out.
If you are a TVDE driver:
TVDE drivers are paid on a weekly cycle.
Every week, BW calculates the earnings from the previous week (Monday to Sunday). On the 2nd business day of the following week, your earnings become available on your Earnings page.
Once your earnings are available, you can submit the corresponding invoice/green receipt.
If you are a courier:
For couriers, payments are made monthly.
The month is considered closed on the last Sunday of the month. During the following week, once the earnings for that month have been posted, you can submit the corresponding invoice/green receipt.
When is the payment made?
After you submit your invoice/green receipt, BW proceeds with its validation and payment processing.
The process is normally completed within 48 business hours after submission, but this timeframe is not a guarantee, as it depends on the validation of the invoice/green receipt. The document may be approved or rejected.
Once the payment has been processed, the amount will be made available in your account.
