Vehicle rental conditions for TVDE
This article outlines the conditions applicable to the rental of electric vehicles for TVDE at Bluwalk.

1. Minimum rental period

Minimum rental period: 30 days

2. Deposit

No credit check required
-
Drivers: €600 deposit, payable in up to 6 interest-free installments

Operators: €1,398 deposit per vehicle, payable in up to 6 interest-free installments

The deposit serves as a financial guarantee and ensures proper vehicle use
3. TVDE-ready vehicles

Vehicles comply with applicable TVDE regulations

Delivered:

ready for immediate platform validation

4. Dedicated support
-
Support team available 5 days per week
-
Assistance with:

breakdowns
-
accidents (claims)

On-road and off-road support
5. Rates and mileage packages

Fixed weekly rental rate

Initial package included: 1,250 km

Additional packages available: +500 km

Packages should be selected based on driving needs
6. Additional mileage, cleaning and fuel

Mileage monitored weekly

Additional km cost: €0.16 – €0.19

Vehicle must be returned:

7. Included services
The rental includes:

Maintenance related to normal wear (tires, glass)

TVDE insurance with a €600 deductible

Via Verde device installed
8. Tolls (Via Verde)

Via Verde device installed in the vehicle

Toll costs are deducted from earnings

Restrictions may apply in:

drive-through areas

9. Driver responsibilities
During the rental period, the driver must:

Comply with traffic laws and applicable regulations

Use the vehicle responsibly

Pay any fines, penalties or sanctions incurred
10. Breakdowns

Support available:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Outside these hours:

roadside assistance service
-

Breakdowns exceeding 72 hours:

may result in a replacement vehicle

Maintenance due to normal use is included
11. Accidents (Claims)
In case of an accident, the driver must:

Immediately notify Bluwalk and the authorities

Complete the accident report (DAAA)

Failure to comply may result in damage charges and claim management fees.
12. Damages

The driver is responsible for damages to the vehicle
